Mini is a height classification. Cows come in micro, mini, mid-sized and standard. In the cow industry, we consider a cow to be full grown at 3 years of age. Micro is the smallest. A micro will be 36” or less across the back near the hip area. Mini will be between 37- 42”. Mid-sized will be 43” – 48”. Standard is 49” or above.

We specialize is producing cows that will mature in the range of micro – mini. However, some could be small mid-sized depending on the heights of the parents. Heights of both parents must be taken into consideration when determining the potential height a baby will be at maturity. Genetics can be tricky. We don’t guarantee height, it’s a prediction/estimate to use as a guide.
